Located in Costa Rica, Coffee Diversa is a single estate with a single farm. Its uniqueness comes from its cultivation of rare and exotic coffees. This coffee ‘garden’ is home to the most extensive private collection of unique coffee varietals, totalling 700 so far.

With this kind of approach, there are endless possibilities for creating unique taste profiles. Coffea Diversa combines its various types of coffee with different processing methods to enrich and enhance each coffee’s flavour profile. This farm’s unique flavours can not be duplicated anywhere else in the world since terroir does not determine their distinctiveness.

The Purpuracens Longberry’s flavour is pungently sweet. Crisp fruit dominates the profile: blackberry, black currant, hints of flowers and lemony citrus. Softly bright bubbling acidity; medium body, smooth mouthfeel. A clean and rich cup that finishes with a distinct flavour persistence: berry, lemon, flowers. This variety gets its name from its purple-coloured foilage.
