The Flair 58x is the non-electric version of the Flair 58 – both 100 percent manual, professional-grade lever espresso makers that prioritize workflow efficiency and quality espresso extraction. 

Both the 58 and 58x are named after the fact they come standard with a handled, industry-standard 58mm portafilter. In addition, they have a strong frame and lever for ease of extraction even at higher pressures. With the 58 you also get an electrically heated group, which the 58x shuns in favour of a 100% electricity-free option.

Flair 58x ships with a low-flow 18-gram basket that allows a dose range of 16-22 grams and enables an easier dial-in process requiring a coarser grind than most commercial machines, increasing its overall compatibility with the range of grinders.
