Mazzer ZM Burr Grinder – White Tea

In 1950’s MAZZER LUIGI S.R.L. was established as a precision machine workshop and became the topmost manufacturer of commercial coffee grinders and grinder-dosers in few years. Today, Mazzer grinders and grinder-dosers are distributed in over 70 countries and have obtained the prestigious marks VDE (European market) and ETL (U.S. and Canadian market) significant for the safety of the grinders and for the alimentary compatibility of the materials.

The ZM is the latest innovation from Mazzer designed especially for specialty coffee.

 

The ZM features a front mounted ‘smart knob’ to navigate the grinder’s features. It is the grinders control centre that displays alerts and reminders and from where grind and dose settings can be accessed. The panel flips open for easy access to the grinding chamber for cleaning.

 

Every coffee, brew method, time of the day and month of the year (besides other variables) demands a different grind setting to get the perfect cup. With the ZM, up to 20 settings can be programmed and replicated exactly each time.

 

The ZM features large 83mm flat burrs capable of grinding consistently and fast

 

Grind retention is less than 0.45 grams on an average per dose. that is among the lowest retention for any coffee grinder.

 

The ZM uses a combination of low RPM speed and an innovative ventilation system to ensure least amount of temperature exposure preserving maximum aroma of the coffee.
